UNIVERSAL (Traditional)	A comprehensive range of hydraulic hoses designed for a variety of applications. Our Universal range of products is suitable for most low / medium pressure applications under typical operating conditions and environments. All our Universal hoses meet the relevant international norms and are arranged in families according to the traditional selection approach where pressure rating decreases with increasing bore size.

EXTREME (Traditional)	Designed for applications which more basic hoses just can’t handle. Whether it’s higher pressures or harsher environments, the Manuli Extreme hose range is more than capable of handling it. Our Extreme range of hoses are designed to meet, and in most cases exceed, the requirements of international norms, guaranteeing superior performance and improved service life when compared to standard hoses.

EXTREME (Isobaric)	Boasting the same characteristic rugged design as the rest of the Extreme range, but with the added benefit of being arranged according to the more modern “Isobaric Approach”, where each reference within a specific family has the same pressure rating, regardless of bore size. The Isobaric standard, ISO 18752, also categorises hoses according to their resistance to impulse pressures and temperatures – Grades A to D.

APPLICATION ORIENTATION	Sometimes there is an application that has such specialised or extreme requirements that only a dedicated, specially designed hose could possibly cope. For these cases Manuli offers a selection of hoses which we have developed with these highly specific tasks in mind. Whether it’s extremes of temperature, high static pressures, mining and drilling applications or emergency hydraulics, the Manuli Application Oriented range of hoses is specifically designed to provide safe, efficient and long lasting service.

MF2000 TWO PIECE FITTINGS	The core of the Manuli fittings range, the MF2000 product line comprises a number of families designed for different applications and assembly methodologies. The two-piece nature of the range means that each assembled fitting requires a termination end fitting and a suitable ferrule. Intelligent product selection therefore allows for reduced stock-holding, as ferrules are typically suitable for many different termination end types. Optional, on-demand alternative plating treatments include zinc-nickel (ZnNi) as well as our proprietary Supa-Black coating, which extends the service life of fittings by up to 300%; guaranteeing a minimum of 2,000 hours to red rust under salt-spray conditions.

MF3000 ONE PIECE FITTINGS	Designed to eliminate the possibility of using the wrong ferrule-fitting combination, the MF3000 one piece fitting range is becoming more and more popular with assemblers. Made up of a fitting with the suitable ferrule pre-crimped onto it, the MF3000 range is ideal for both OEM and aftermarket use. The MF3000 range includes two families designed to cover most of the commonly used sizes and pressure ratings: One-Piece Flat (OPF) No-skive, compact, flat-crimp fittings for wire braid hoses up to 1” One-Piece Kompact (OPK) No-skive, compact, flat-crimp fittings for wire braid and wire spiral high pressure hoses up to 2” Manuli MF3000 fittings are manufactured with an eco-friendly, zinc plating treatment for high corrosion resistance, with zinc-nickel and Supa-Black coatings available on demand.

SMART FITTINGS
	ROTOFIT Rotofit is the well-known Manuli Hydraulics solution designed to eliminate hose twist under external torques Hose twist can be a major contributor to premature failure of the hose assembly. Rotofit is a ‘Direct-to-Hose” and “Direct-to-Port” solution, meaning that it eliminates the need for adaptors, and so minimises the number of potential leak points. Although Rotofit was originally designed primarily for OEM usage, the “Direct-to-Hose” design of the fitting means that it does not dramatically increase the length of a hose assembly, meaning that this solution can also be applied retrospectively if hose failure due to external torques becomes evident in the field.

	EASYFIT Easyfit is the “threadless” fitting solution from Manuli Hydraulics. Enabling quick and easy installation of assemblies, Easyfit requires a simple axial push to create a leak-proof, high performance seal. On connection, Easyfit self-aligns thus improving the service life of the hose assembly by removing any undesirable twist in the hose. The easy connect / disconnect process minimises maintenance time and effort, whilst the slimline fitting profile makes installation in restricted spaces far easier. Easyfit is a ‘Direct-to-Hose” and “Direct-to-Port” solution, meaning that it eliminates the need for adaptors, and so minimises the number of potential leak points.

	FASTFIT Fastfit consists of a male “plug” that connects directly to the hose, and a female “cartridge” which connects directly to the port. This “one plug” connection concept allows easy and safe connection without the need for tools, making it ideal for use in restricted spaces and in complex configurations. Fastfit is available with a wide range of cartridges to suit most standard ports, including BSP, SAE, Metric and NPTF.
